Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Sundaze TX (“we”, “us”, “our”). We hope you are happy with your purchase, but if you are not entirely satisfied, we’re here to help you with returns and refunds under the terms below

1. Eligibility for Refunds / Returns

To be eligible for a refund or return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The request must be made within 7 days from the date you received the product.
  • The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, with all original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories intact.
  • Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, invoice) must be provided.
  • For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, you must notify us within 7 days with relevant photo evidence.

2. Non Eligible Items

Some items are non refundable or non returnable. These typically include (but are not limited to):

  • Perishable goods (if applicable)
  • Personal / intimate items (e.g. undergarments), for hygiene reasons
  • Items marked “Final Sale”, “Clearance”, “Non returnable”
  • Products showing signs of misuse, damage by customer, or altered in any way
  • Digital products or downloadable files, unless there is a manufacturing defect or mis delivery

3. What Refund/Return Options Are Offered

Depending on the situation, Sundaze TX may offer:

  • Full refund to the original payment method
  • Store credit or exchange for the same/another product of equal value
  • Partial refund in cases where product is partly used or necessary costs (such as shipping) are incurred

4. Process for Requesting a Refund or Return

To initiate a return or refund:

  1. Contact our Customer Support at info@sundazetx.com within the applicable time frame, providing your order number, a description of the issue, and photo or other evidence if relevant.
  2. Await our confirmation and instructions. If the return is approved, we will provide you with the return address and any forms or labels required.
  3. Ship the item (if returnable) as instructed. The customer is responsible for safely packaging the item.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

5. Shipping Costs & Who Pays

  • If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If you are returning for other reasons (e.g. change of mind), you may be responsible for return shipping charges.
  • Any original shipping fees are generally non refundable, unless the return is for our error.

6. Timing of Refund

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 15 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued in the same method as you made the original purchase (credit card, bank transfer, etc.), unless otherwise agreed.
  • In some cases (e.g. payment gateway / bank delays), it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

7. Exchanges

  • If you want to exchange an item (e.g. different size, color), follow the return process above. Once we receive the product, we will ship the replacement (if available) after inspection.
  • Any difference in price (if replacing with a more expensive item) may need to be paid by the customer; conversely, if the replacement is cheaper, you may receive a partial refund or store credit.

8. Partial Refunds / Deductions

We may deduct from your refund in certain cases:

  • Restocking fees (if applicable)
  • Costs to return or inspect the returned item
  • Any damage beyond normal wear or use
  • Missing accessories, packaging, tags

9. How Refunds Appear

  • Refunds will generally show up on your bank/card statement within 7 days after approval.
  • If you haven’t received a refund after this period, please first check with your bank/card issuer. If still unresolved, contact us.
