This shredded wheat with raisins and walnuts is an easy breakfast to reach for when you want something quick with plenty of fiber and healthy fats. Ingredients
4 cups bite-size shredded wheat cereal
1½ cups chopped walnuts
½ cup raisins or other unsweetened dried fruit
2 cups reduced-fat milk or other milk of choice, divided
Directions
Combine 4 cups shredded wheat, 1½ cups walnuts and ½ cup raisins in a large bowl; toss gently to combine. Transfer to a large jar or other resealable food-safe container; store at room temperature for up to 4 months.
To serve, place 1½ cups cereal mixture in a bowl; top with ½ cup milk.
