  3. 2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary
  4. 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  5. 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  6. 3 cloves garlic, minced
  7. 5 pounds whole leg of lamb
  8. 1 teaspoon coarse sea salt
