Quick Pizza Sandwiches

Fast and cheesy sandwiches made with pizza toppings and toasted bread. A simple, delicious twist on pizza night.

Ingredients

  1. 1 (8 ounce) package refrigerated
  2. crescent rolls
  3. 4 slices mozzarella cheese
  4. 4 teaspoons tomato paste
  5. 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Unwind the roll dough, and separate into 4 rectangles. Pinch
  3. together perforations to seal. Place 2 rectangles on a 9x13 inch
  4. baking sheet. Moisten edges of rectangles with water. Place 2
  5. slices mozzarella on each rectangle. Top each with 2 teaspoons
  6. tomato paste. Sprinkle each with 1/4 teaspoon oregano. Cover
  7. each with remaining dough. Press the edges firmly with a fork to
  8. seal.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven 10 to 12 minutes, or until golden brown.
