Ingredients
2 medium red potatoes, peeled, cut into 3/4-inch cubes
2 medium carrots, sliced
1 1/2 cups cubed fully cooked ham
1 cup water
1 small onion, chopped 1 bay leaf
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon dried savory 1/8 teaspoon pepper
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour 1 cup milk
Directions
