Ingredients
1 cup white whole-wheat flour
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
½ cup reduced-fat milk
¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
2 (15 ounce) cans sliced peaches, drained
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat an 11-by-7-inch glass baking dish with cooking spray.
Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a large bowl. Add milk and butter; stir until thoroughly combined. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish; top evenly with peaches.
Bake until the top is golden and set, about 1 hour. Cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes. Serve warm.
