Death By Garlic

A pungent, bold pasta dish drenched in garlic—roasted, sautéed, or infused. Made for garlic lovers who want an intense, savory flavor experience.

Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cup olive oil
  2. 10 cloves garlic, minced 1/2 teaspoon salt
  3. 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  4. 3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  5. 1 pound dry penne pasta
  6. 1/3 cup grated romano cheese

Directions

  1. Cook pasta according to directions
  2. In a pan, brown garlic in oil. Add salt, pepper and parsley and remove from heat.
  3. Toss penne pasta with garlic mixture and Romano cheese and serve!
