Chicken and Stir Fry Vegetable Pizza

A colorful fusion pizza topped with tender chicken and stir-fried vegetables, blending Asian flavors with classic pizza. A healthy, flavorful twist for those craving something beyond the ordinary.

Ingredients

  1. 1 (10.75 ounce) can campbell's®
  2. condensed cream of mushroom
  3. soup (regular, 98% fat free or
  4. 25% less sodium)
  5. 1 (12 inch) italian bread shell
  6. 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  7. 3 cups frozen vegetables
  8. 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  9. 1 (10 ounce) package refrigerated
  10. cooked chicken strips
  11. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  12. dried oregano leaves or crushed
  13. red pepper
  14. spread soup over shell to within 1/4 inch of edge. bake at 450
  15. degrees f. for 5 minutes

Directions

  1. Heat oil in skillet. Add vegetables and garlic and cook until tendercrisp.
  2. Spoon vegetables on pizza. Top with chicken and cheese. Sprinkle
  3. with oregano. Bake for 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
