We took all the flavors you know and love from Buffalo wings and used them in this plant-based chickpea salad. Celery adds a satisfying crunch, while blue cheese provides a cooling element to balance the spicy sauce. Serve on top of leafy greens or use as a sandwich filling.
Ingredients
2 tablespoons ranch salad dressing
1 tablespoon hot sauce, such as frank’s redhot
1 (15 ounce) can no-salt-added chickpeas, rinsed
½ cup diced celery
¼ cup sliced scallions
¼ cup crumbled blue cheese
Directions
Mix ranch dressing and hot sauce in a medium bowl. Add chickpeas, celery, scallions and blue cheese; toss to coat.
